Custom Clearance Consideration

For orders outside Europe, products are declared as infusions and tea to ease the custom process. We provide all necessary legal documents, including product analysis and invoices. Please note, any import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility, although we can send the package as a gift upon request.

Quick Order Dispatch

We strive to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. We understand that you’re eager to receive your CBD products, and we do everything we can to make that happen swiftly.
Our regular shipping delays are the following:

Orders Preparation : 1-3 Business Days
France estimated delay : 48h-72h delivery (Business days)
UK & Europe average delivery delay : 48h – 2 weeks from parcel expedition depending the destination (Business days)
US, Canada, South America average delivery delay : 1 to 2 weeks from parcel expedition (Business days)
India & Rest of the World average delivery delay : 1 to 3 weeks from parcel expedition (Business days)

Re-Expedition

In case a parcel is lost or stuck in customs for more than 3 weeks, we offer order re-expedition. A re-shipping fee is deducted from the original order to proceed with the re-expedition. Please note, re-expedition can only be done once and after a 3 weeks waiting time. If you need help, please contact our support team at contact@senzaya.com.
Due to recent abuses (and after control of deliveries) we will strictly stick to our Re-Expedition rules. We will not reship anymore the order before the end of 3 weeks waiting period and after the customer have prooven that he have contacted his local customs and postal offices before making a claim to our support team. (Mail / Letter with a local contact).
Senzaya is always dedicated to its customer’s experience and we have and we will continue to do our best for them, we have been flexible and we got abused by some, no more flexibility will be granted anymore.
Also Senzaya will not reship or refund an order lost or stuck in any way if it results from the customer’s fault : (infraction to local regulation, unpayed importing taxes, fake declarations, incorrect addresses or unable to sign the parcel at reception or post office.)
